The Haag-Streit BQ 900 LED is a high-performance slit lamp designed for detailed anterior and posterior segment examination. Its Galilean stereo microscope provides five fixed magnification levels from 6.3× to 40×, while the LED illumination system produces bright, homogeneous illumination for detailed clinical observation. The BQ 900 combines high-quality optics, precision mechanics, and a wide range of accessories for ophthalmic examination.
The included Haag-Streit AT 900 is a Goldmann-principle applanation tonometer designed for fast and reproducible intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements. The AT 900 model BQ is specifically designed for the BQ 900 slit lamp and is mounted on the microscope arm, with measurements observed through the right eyepiece.
The BQ 900’s illumination and optical system are designed to provide high diagnostic detail from the cornea through the retina. Its mechanical construction uses high-grade materials and precision Swiss engineering, making it suitable for demanding ophthalmic practices.
