The Marco 2b Ultra is Marco Ophthalmic’s compact dual-column slit lamp from the older Ultra Series — paired here with the Optilasa R-900 (Goldmann-type) applanation tonometer. This used marco 2b ultra ships ready for clinical deployment as a sub-$3.5K complete biomicroscope station.
The 2b Ultra uses Galilean optics with continuously variable slit width and slit height, halogen illumination, and the standard Marco built-in cobalt-blue and red-free filter set. The Optilasa R-900 is a Goldmann-type applanation tonometer compatible with standard Goldmann prisms — providing the gold-standard IOP measurement on the same instrument as the slit-lamp exam.
