Topcon KR-8800 Auto Refractor/ Keratometer and CT-80 Tonometer
The Topcon KR-8800 Auto Refractor/Keratometer employs Rotary Prism Technology to deliver precise, repeatable measurements of both refractive error and corneal curvature in a single workflow. Its measurement range spans −25D to +22D in sphere, ±10D in cylinder, and corneal curvature radii from 5.00 to 10.00 mm, accommodating a wide range of patients. Auto Start mode enables hands-free measurement capture, while the 5″ color LCD and built-in thermal printer ensure immediate, clear result documentation. The Topcon CT-80 Non-Contact Tonometer completes the diagnostic station, delivering non-contact intraocular pressure measurement from 0 to 60 mmHg with selectable measurement ranges and a triple safety function for reliable, repeatable readings without corneal contact.
Together, these instruments form a complete anterior segment workstation suited for high-volume ophthalmic and optometric practice. The KR-8800’s joystick-controlled alignment and auto-capture streamline the refraction and keratometry workflow, while the CT-80’s auto measurement mode minimizes operator variability in tonometry.
