Zeiss Cirrus 5000 HD-OCT — Used Spectral-Domain OCT
The Zeiss Cirrus 5000 is the Cirrus HD-OCT model with FastTrac retinal tracking: a spectral-domain OCT that scans at 27,000 A-scans per second with 5 µm axial resolution in tissue. This used zeiss cirrus 5000 runs Windows 10 and has the core Cirrus glaucoma and retina analyses licensed — ONH and RNFL Analysis, Guided Progression Analysis, Macular Change Analysis and Anterior Segment Imaging.
FastTrac uses a 20 Hz line-scanning ophthalmoscope to follow eye movement during acquisition, so repeat scans land in the same location visit after visit — the basis for reliable change and progression reports.
